_The whole universe is set on a track of growth. Whether someone recognizes this or not, doesn't matter because they are moving forward too. Being in sync with this growth does make life easier :)

Growth is through not only knowledge of the universe and your connection to it, but the experience of your connection to the universe. As Oprah states as her experience below in the first video. It is "being connected to that which is greater than yourself.."

This experience is not something new age, or a fad, or complicated. It is a simple technique known as Maharishi Transcendental Meditation. It is based on hard science, i.e. EEG measurements. In the 2nd video Dr. Fred Travis explains this.

Also, because of the countless benefits of practicing this technique, it is currently done in numerous public schools across the country as well as by veterans who are suffering from PTSD. All this public outreach is thanks to the David Lynch Foundation.

Thank you for providing us with shelter. Thank you for the abundance of food you give to all the animals and people. Thank you for so much diversity of plants and animals. This is beautiful to live in. Nothing is more beautiful.
Please don't be destroyed. Stay strong to help those who revere you. We will work each day to help restore you in all areas which were destroyed. With our hearts open to life we can repair what has been done, so your love can flow stronger.
